No facilities manager? Then it's probably you.
In most small and medium offices, repairs land on the office manager, the operations lead or the founder — on top of their real job. You spot a problem, search for someone, wait for quotes and explain it all again. Meanwhile new issues keep appearing.
A different person for every job
Someone for the door, someone else for the paint, someone for the furniture — all found and chased separately.
Work that disrupts your team
Drilling, dust and noise in the middle of the working day.
No record until it's too late
Nobody knows what's been fixed — until the end-of-lease bill arrives.

Frequently asked questions
What happens during the free office check?
We walk your office with our checklist, note everything that needs attention and send you your first prioritised maintenance list. There is no obligation.
Do you work outside standard office hours?
Yes. We work 07:00–23:00, seven days a week. Most jobs happen after your team has gone home or at the weekend.
Do you do electrical, plumbing or gas work?
No. We don’t carry out work that needs a certified electrician, plumber or Gas Safe engineer. If we spot something that does, we’ll tell you straight away so you can book a specialist.
Is parking included?
No. Parking and congestion charges are added at cost if on-site parking isn’t available.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
One-Off visits need no contract. HandiKeep Care has a 3-month minimum term, then continues monthly.
How do you get into the office when it’s closed?
You choose what works for your building: we hold a labelled key in a locked key safe (never with your address on it), sign in with building security or reception, or collect a key before you close. Alarm codes are only shared with your named technician, and we send a photo when we arrive and when we lock up.
How quickly do you respond to an urgent issue?
We reply within 2 hours during our opening hours (07:00–23:00) and aim to attend urgent issues the same or next day. Care clients get priority booking. For a gas leak call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999, and for major water leaks turn off the stopcock first.
What costs extra with Care?
Extra time beyond your 3-hour visit, extra or urgent visits (£45/hour, 2-hour minimum), a second person when a job needs two (£35/hour), materials and paint, and parking if there's no on-site space. We always give you a price or time estimate first, and nothing extra is done without your approval.
What happens to unused hours?
Care hours are used within the month and don’t roll over. That way your visit is always planned and on time.
Send us a photo. We'll handle the rest.
WhatsApp or email us a few photos of what needs fixing, or ask for your free office check. We reply within 2 hours during opening hours (07:00–23:00).
