Why after-hours office maintenance?
Drilling, dust, paint and ladders don't mix with a working office. Your team can't concentrate, meeting rooms are blocked, and many office buildings only allow noisy work outside business hours anyway.
So we work when you don't. Most HandiKeep visits happen in the evening after your team has gone home, or at the weekend. You come back to a finished job – and a photo report showing exactly what was done.
A typical after-hours visit

4-hour block on weekdays. Evenings after 18:00 and weekends +25%. See one-off repairs
Site visit, only when needed: up to 300 m² £50 · 300–1,000 m² £75 · over 1,000 m² quoted. The visit fee is deducted from your invoice when you book work over £500.

Is after-hours work more expensive?
Not for HandiKeep Care clients – evening and weekend visits are included at no extra cost. For one-off visits, work after 18:00 or at the weekend is +25%.
What hours do you work?
07:00–23:00, seven days a week. Most after-hours visits start between 18:00 and 19:00.
How do you get into the office when it’s closed?
We use a labelled key safe (never with your address on it), sign in with your building security or reception, or collect a key before you close. Alarm codes are shared only with your named technician.
Who will come to our office?
The same technician every visit where possible, so they know your office, your keys and your building rules.
What if something goes wrong during the visit?
We message you straight away with photos, and we never start extra work without your approval.
