This notice explains how HandiKeep collects and uses personal information when you contact us or use our services. If you have any questions, email handikeep@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your name, job title, company name, email address and phone number.
- Your office address and access information (for example key or alarm arrangements).
- Photos, videos and descriptions of jobs you send us.
- Records of the work we do, including before and after photos, and invoices.
How we use it
- To give you quotes and answer your questions.
- To plan, carry out and report on the work you ask us to do.
- To send invoices and keep business and tax records.
- To contact you about your account or bookings.
We use your information because it is needed to provide the service you asked for, to meet our legal obligations (such as tax records), and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the people and services we need to run the business:
- Technicians who carry out your work.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Gmail (Google), which we use to communicate with you.
- Google Drive and Google Sheets, where we keep job lists and photos.
- Our website host, Hostinger.
- Our accountant, if needed for tax purposes.
We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep invoices and business records for six years, as required for tax purposes. If you contact us but don’t become a client, we delete your enquiry after 12 months.
Our website
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your device’s IP address is shared with Google when the page loads.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email handikeep@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
