From £220 for a 4-hour block
- Evenings (after 18:00) and weekends: +25%
- Second person, if the job needs two: +£35/hour
- Materials, parts and paint at cost
- Parking and congestion charges at cost if there's no on-site parking
Site visit, only when needed: up to 300 m² £50 · 300–1,000 m² £75 · over 1,000 m² quoted. The visit fee is deducted from your invoice when you book work over £500.

Yes. We work 07:00–23:00, seven days a week, so jobs can be done after your team has gone home.
Do you bring tools and materials?
We bring all tools. Materials, parts and paint are charged at cost, or you can supply your own.
Do you do electrical, plumbing or gas work?
No. We don’t carry out work that needs a certified electrician, plumber or Gas Safe engineer. If we spot something that does, we’ll tell you straight away.
